In this context, it  is important to resume the work of the 3+3 consultative regional  platform, he noted during the 13th meeting of the CIS Security  Council Secretaries in Moscow, according to TASS.

He emphasized the importance of unblocking transport and  communications in the region, an agreement reached within the  framework of the trilateral working group.
