Armenia, Poland to sign agreement on mutual  protection of classified  information

ArmInfo. Armenia and Poland are set to sign an agreement on the mutual protection of classified information, with the Armenian government approving the signing of the document during its session on August 13.

The explanatory note states that the agreement aims to mutually  protect classified information exchanged, received, or generated  within the framework of political, military, economic, scientific,  technical, and other forms of cooperation between the two countries.  The initiative stems from a shared interest in establishing clear  procedures for the transmission, mutual protection, and safeguarding  of sensitive data.

Specifically, the agreement will regulate the principles for  protecting classified information,  protocols for the transfer and  utilization of sensitive data, coordination and interaction between  competent authorities and procedures and measures to be taken in the  event of any security breaches or violations of protection  requirements.
