ArmInfo.  The 3rd International Congress of Armenian Studies will be held from July 22 to 24 at the Matenadaran, the M. Mashtots Research Institute of Ancient  Manuscripts.  At its July 9 meeting, the RA government decided to  finance this event by reallocating budget funds previously allocated  to the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports.

ArmInfo.  Housing built by residents of the country's border regions with financial assistance from the Armenian government cannot be seized, confiscated, or  applied toward the beneficiary's other obligations during the term of  the mortgage loan. ArmInfo.  Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), who was detained days earlier and is a prominent businessman, stated that a clearly false and  fabricated criminal case has been brought against him. This is stated  in his statement, published from the Yerevan-Kentron Penitentiary.

ArmInfo.  A wolf attacked local residents in the village of Karahunj, Goris community, Syunik Province. Six people were injured in the incident, including a  two-year-old child.  Syunik News reported this on its Facebook page.

ArmInfo. The Azerbaijani side has completed its part of the work to finalize the peace agreement. Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced this in a conversation  with journalists.
