ArmInfo. On July 21, the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Armenia hosted a mandate-presentation ceremony for deputies of the country's  9th-convocation parliament, which was formed following the regular  parliamentary elections held on June 7.

ArmInfo. Yerevan has once again reaffirmed its status as an "open-air museum" with the inauguration of a new cultural space in the city center. Located in  Misak Manushyan Park, the site now features an exhibition of 13 sculptures by Ashot Harutyunyan.

ArmInfo.During a farewell meeting with Danish Ambassador to Armenia Ann Tovt Sorensen, Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan discussed the agenda of Armenian-Danish relations, the process of cooperation between the countries in the political, economic, and other spheres, and prospects for its further  expansion.

ArmInfo.The opposition will determine its further course of action only after the Constitutional Court of Armenia publishes its ruling regarding the results of the  parliamentary elections held on June 7, 2026. Samvel Karapetyan,  leader of the "Strong Armenia" bloc, stated this to journalists in  Yerevan on June 30, when asked whether the opposition intends to  start street protests.

ArmInfo. During the electoral processes in Armenia, criminal proceedings were opened against 258 people, meaning more than 200 people were in the status of defendants.

ArmInfo.  The second president of the Republic of Armenia, leader of the "Armenia" bloc, Robert Kocharyan, filed a lawsuit against the Central Electoral Commission  in the Administrative Court.

ArmInfo. Armenia faces an obvious legitimacy deficit following the parliamentary elections held on June 7, as at least 60,000 votes of Gagik Tsarukyan’s Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) were stolen by the ruling authorities. This was stated by the second president of Armenia and leader of the opposition "Armenia" alliance, Robert Kocharyan.

ArmInfo. Armenia's second president, leader of the Armenia bloc, Robert Kocharyan, believes that the hastily launched case against him, which he called simply absurd, was necessary to ban him from leaving the country. He stated this in an interview with the media.

ArmInfo.An Armenian court has overturned the decision to arrest Aleksandr Sargsyan, the brother of the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan.

ArmInfo.  The charges brought against the second President of Armenia and leader of the "Armenia" bloc, Robert Kocharyan, are politically motivated and linked to  ongoing political processes in the country. This was stated by his  lawyer, Aram Orbelyan, in an interview with journalists outside the  Central Election Commission (CEC), where the issue of stripping  Kocharyan of his immunity is currently being considered.

ArmInfo.  The appeal by the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) seeking consent to initiate criminal prosecution  against the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, is a  continuation of the lawlessness that took place two days ago at the  airport, as noted in an statement issued by Bagrat Mikoyan, head of  the second president's office.

ArmInfo. Even under the threat of arrest, criminal prosecution, or political pressure, the second president of Armenia, leader of the "Armenia" bloc, Robert Kocharyan, has returned to the country, and speculation about his "flight" from the country is groundless. Thus, the press service of the "Armenia" bloc responded to attempts by some circles in the country to promote the idea of Kocharyan's so-called "flight" from the country.

ArmInfo.  The violations recorded during the regular parliamentary elections in Armenia are sufficient to declare them illegitimate, as stated by Armenia's  second president, leader of the "Armenia" bloc, Robert Kocharyan,  speaking to journalists.

ArmInfo. The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia has initiated a criminal case against the late former director of the National Security Service (NSS) of the  Republic, Gorik Hakobyan, and four other agency employees regarding  the events of March 1, 2008.

ArmInfo.   Speaking at a campaign rally in Sevan, former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan accused the current administration of deliberately injecting "poison, lies, and falsifications" into the upcoming parliamentary election  campaign. Kocharyan, who leads the opposition "Armenia" alliance,  claimed the government is attempting to replicate its 2018 tactics by  actively sowing public discord and hatred.

ArmInfo.   Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was found guilty and convicted across three Armenian court instances for the events of March 1, 2008, before being acquitted under strange circumstances by a ruling from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).  Robert Kocharyan, the second president of Armenia and the prime ministerial candidate from the  Armenia bloc, made this statement during interview with Armenia TV  channel.
