ArmInfo. Following instructions from Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, senior defense  officials are holding meetings and discussions with conscript  sergeants and combat position commanders, according to the Ministry  of Defense press service.

ArmInfo.  Armenia's First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of  the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, received the  newly appointed Ambassador of Rwanda to Armenia, Joseph Nzabamwita.

ArmInfo.A criminal case has been opened following the death of a serviceman from the Nth military unit of the Ministry of Defense on August 13, according to a statement from the Investigative Committee. The agency stated that necessary investigative and procedural actions are currently  underway.

ArmInfo.  The Ministry of Defense of Armenia has reported the death of serviceman Grigor  Edgarovich Zakaryan, whose body was found on August 13 with a gunshot  wound.

ArmInfo. From June 29 to July 22, an instructor training course was held at the Vazgen Sargsyan Military  Academy of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, conducted with the participation of the British Military  Advisory Training Team for instructors of the Armenian Armed Forces.

ArmInfo.  Protecting the rights of military personnel and their families remains a priority for the  Ombudsman. Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan stated this during a  working visit to the Syunik region, where she visited a military unit  under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defense's Special Army  Corps.

ArmInfo. Two people have been detained in connection with the death of Narek Torosyan, a serviceman  from the Nth military unit of the Armenian Armed Forces. This was  reported by the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

ArmInfo. Human rights activist Zhanna Aleksanyan has criticized the Armenian Ministry of Defense, represented by Suren Papikyan, for its silence regarding the death of conscript Narek Torosyan.

ArmInfo. The Russian-Armenian University (RAU) has announced that Narek Torosyan, the conscript serviceman who died the previous day was a student at the Faculty of Journalism of the Russian-Armenian University (RAU).

ArmInfo. The Investigative Committee (IC) of Armenia has disclosed the reasons for the detention of Colonel Edik Maloyan, a veteran of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and holder of the Order of the Combat Cross, 1st Class.

Gayane Karagezyan, Advisor for Coordination of Individual Functions of Structural Units of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, announced  this at a press conference in Yerevan, presenting the recent changes  to the program.
