The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan rejected the petition of lawyer Levon Barseghyan to change the preventive measure or release on bail of 10 million drams to the former MP, former chairman of the "Yerkrapah" voluntary union Manvel Grigoryan. Lawyer Levon Barseghian noted that Manvel Grigoryan has a number of diseases incompatible with detention, in particular - diabetes, chronic heart failure, arterial hypertension, chronic kidney disease, also Grigoryan has signs of incipient gangrene. According to Barseghian, all this was recorded by a medical consultation convened at the initiative of RA Minister of Healthcare Arsen Torosyan.
