The Court of Cassation of Armenia has refused to accept a complaint filed by Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan regarding a case involving the  detention of clergy from the Aragatsotn Diocese of the Armenian  Apostolic Church (AAC), obstruction of lawyers' activities, and   concealment of the detention of the head of the diocese, Bishop  Mkrtich Proshyan.

ArmInfo.  The search continues in the Pambak River for the 13-year-old girl who went missing on June 15. The Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the  Republic of Armenia reported this.

ArmInfo.  Armenian rescuers have been searching for a 13-year-old girl in the Pambak River in the Lori region for five days.

ArmInfo.On June 17, at approximately 9:30 AM, Armenian rescuers discovered the body of 7-year-old Nare Martirosyan in the Pambak River in the Lori Region.  She had been missing since June 15.

ArmInfo.  The model for reinstating driver's licenses for citizens deprived of their right to  drive will be changed in Armenia. The National Assembly of the  Republic of Armenia will discuss amendments to the law "On Ensuring  Road Safety" and a package of related documents in its first reading  at June 16 session.

ArmInfo.As of today, approximately 48 billion drams have been spent on resolving the housing problems of internally displaced persons from  Nagorno-Karabakh. ArmInfo. The observation mission "Akanates" ("Eyewitness") considers the Central Electoral Commission's (CEC) assessment that the annulment of voting results at three polling stations did not affect the election results highly questionable and considers the decision not to call repeat elections problematic.

ArmInfo. The Administrative Court has upheld the claim filed by the Prosecutor  General's Office to  invalidate the state title registration held by  the "National Olympic Committee of Armenia" (a union of legal  entities) for a state-owned land plot.

ArmInfo.  Supporters of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) held a protest outside the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) over over what they termed the "theft of votes" required for the political force to enter parliament. They are  demanding the Commission restore justice and hold a repeat vote  at  those polling stations where the results were previously annulled.
