ArmInfo. Changes are also needed in Artsakh. On December 25 a member of the "Sasna Tsrer" party Zhirayr Sefilyan stated at a press conference.  He noted that changes had occurred in Armenia through national protest, but there were no  such changes in Artsakh.

ArmInfo. Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan disagrees with the statement that the replacement of the Minister of Defense of Artsakh could adversely affect the defense  capability of the republic. ArmInfo. The Artsakh Republic President signed a number of decrees and approved the Government resolutions on cadre issues, the press service of NKR President  reports.  President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree releasing  lieutenant-general Levon Mnatsakanyan from the position of the  Artsakh Republic defense minister, commander of the Defense Army.

The head of the  "My step'' bloc , Armenian Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is  trying to lower political debates to the level of foul language.   Such an opinion was expressed by the former head of the Ministry of  National Security of Armenia, former member of the governing board of  the opposition Armenian National Movement party, and now a MP  candidate from the former ruling Republican Party (RPA) David  Shahnazaryan, in an interview with journalists.

The head of the office of the  second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, Viktor Soghomonyan,  said this in an interview with ArmInfo correspondent, commenting on  the criticism of the acting president. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan addressed to the leadership of Artsakh these days.

On  November 30, the first deputy chairman of the Russian State Duma  Committee on CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots Konstantin  Zatulin, summing up the first session, told reporters in Yerevan on  the margins of the first plenary session of the Lazarev Club.
