"Both Armenian and Azerbaijani sides should clearly understand that they should  get back to negotiations and start discussions," Bryza mentioned.

Russian Government submitted the Draft Agreement on Joint Military Group with Armenia for Russian President's approval, This is stated at Russia's legal  information portal official website.  The Russian Government Decision claims: "To approve Draft Agreement on Joint Military Group with Armenia, developed in cooperation with Armenian part and to submit it to the President's approvel" According to the Draft Agreement, within the purpose of safety  Russia and Armenia in the area of collective security will set up a joint military group of two countries, which  should be able to secure  "an adequate reaction to any armed attack  (aggression), as well asto any other threats and challenges".
