The parliament of the country at the  plenary session on November 15 discussed the legislative initiative  of the chairman of the standing committee of the National Assembly of  the Republic of Armenia on science, education, culture, youth and  sports, MP Tigran Urikhanyan, who introduced amendments to the  Education Act in the first reading.
