The first paragraph of the statement reads as follows: 'The Patriarch, ignoring the opinion of the commission he created and the expert opinions, had concealed an indecent incident involving Archbishop Arshak. As the legal representative of Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, I officially declare that to date, there is no single expert assessment that confirms the authenticity of the aforementioned video. Consequently, no expert assessment has ever confirmed the participation of Archbishop Arshak in the infamous video,'" the lawyer wrote.
