ArmInfo.Russia is concerned that for over two hours Russian diplomats in Baku have been unable to get in touch with journalists - Russian citizens, as stated to TASS by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"The Azerbaijani side does not allow Russian diplomats to interact with Russian journalists without explaining the reasons," she said.
"The Russian side had informed the Foreign Ministry and security agencies of Azerbaijan about the situation with the journalists, but there has been no response," Zakharova added.
