Pashinyan about expectations from Moscow meeting of  Mirzoyan-Lavrov-Bayramov

ArmInfo.Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke about the expectations from the upcoming  trilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Armenia, the Russian Federation and the Azerbaijan Republic in Moscow.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that the heads of  foreign offices would analyze ways to de- escalate the situation  around Nagorno-Karabakh and intensify the implementation of the  trilateral agreements between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and  Armenia dated November 9, 2020, January 11, November 26, 2021 and  October 31, 2022.

"Particular attention will be paid to the preparation of a peace  treaty between Baku and Yerevan, the search for solutions to the  remaining issues, to which Russia is ready to provide maximum  assistance. The ministers will also discuss other key tracks of the  Armenian-Azerbaijani normalization, including the unblocking of  transport communications in the region, the delimitation of the  border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, contacts between the public  and experts, launching a dialogue between parliamentarians.

During bilateral conversations with D.A. Bayramov and A.S. Mirzoyan,  it is planned to focus on discussing topical issues of the  Russian-Azerbaijani and Russian-Armenian agendas in the political,  trade, economic and humanitarian fields," the Russian Foreign  Ministry said in a statement in connection with the upcoming meeting. 

According to Pashinyan, since the upcoming meeting is not a separate  meeting, but a continuation of the meetings in Washington, Moscow,  Brussels, and their agenda is unchanged, his expectations are not  related to a specific platform, but to the position of the Armenian  Foreign Ministry.

"I expect the Minister of Foreign Affairs to agree on several more  articles of a possible peace treaty with Baku and achieve decisions  on the Lachin corridor," he said at a press conference on July 25.
