MPG`s latest electoral poll: Robert Kocharian`s "Armenia" takes the  lead

ArmInfo. Second RA President Robert Kocharian's "Armenia" bloc has outstripped Nikol Pashinyan's "Civil Contract" party for the first time in the final election poll  "Bets are made!" by the MPG consulting company, topping the list of  the RA political forces participating in the June 20 elections.

Thus, according to the poll, 28.7% of respondents are ready to vote  for the "Armenia" bloc, with a small margin followed by the "Civil  Contract" with the support of 25.2% of the respondents, 10.8% are  ready to vote for the "I Have Honor" bloc, Prosperous Armenia - 5.4%,  "Bright Armenia" - 5.2%, Democratic bloc Shirinyan / Babajanyan -  2.8%, Republic Party - 2.6%, ANC - 1.5%, - Our Home is Armenia Party  "- 1.2%, National Conservative Movement 5165 - 1%, "Armenian  Motherland" party - 0.8%, "National Democratic Pole" - 0.7%, "Fair  Armenia" party - 0.6%, "Sovereign Armenia" - 0.4%. Only 1% of  respondents voted for other parties, 4.1% found it difficult to  answer, 5.2% refused to answer, 2.7% did not support anyone.

However, the structure of the votes remains unchanged in terms of the  place of residence of the respondents. In particular, residents of  rural communities for the most part continue to support Nikol  Pashinyan's party "Civil Contract" (32.9%), 18.2% of respondents are  ready to vote for Kocharian's "Armenia" in villages, 8% are ready to  vote for the "I Have Honor" bloc. for PAP - 7.2%, for "Bright  Armenia" - 2%, for "Republic" - 3%. In other cities of the Republic  of Armenia, with the exception of the capital, the "Armenia" bloc is  mainly supported (34%), while 26.1% of respondents are ready to vote  for " Civil Contract ", 8.9% for "I Have  Honor", PAP - 4 .6%,  "Bright Armenia" - 7.1% and "Republic" - 2.1%.

At the same time, the leader for the residents of the capital,  according to the poll, is Robert Kocharian's bloc (35.2%).   " Civil Contract " in Yerevan is supported by 16.4% of respondents,  followed by the "I Have Honor" bloc (15.3%), PAP - 4.2%, "Bright  Armenia" - 6.9%, and "Republic" - 2.6%.

The study also presents the dynamics of changes in the positions of  citizens in relation to certain political forces in the period from  February of this year until June of this year. In particular,  according to the presented schedule, in February 2021. 33.1% of the  respondents were ready to vote for the party, but by  June of this year, this figure had dropped to 25.2%. The opposite  dynamics is observed with regard to Kocharyan's "Armenia". If in  February of this year, 7.8% of respondents were ready to support the  bloc of the second president of the Republic of Armenia, than in June  their number increased to 28.7%.  

The "I Have Honor" bloc of the third president of the Republic of  Armenia also showed upward dynamics - from 1.6% in February of this  year, reached 10.8% in June this year.  At the same time, the PAP and  "Bright Armenia" did not undergo any special changes over the  specified period (from 4.4% to 5.4% and from 2.6% to 5.2%,  respectively).  

To note, the survey was conducted through telephone calls to  residents of Armenia in the period from 14 to 16 June this year, the  sample size was 1105, the sampling error is +/- 3%.
