ArmInfo. Three Azerbaijanis,  including media representatives, were killed in a mine explosion in  Karvachar (Kelbajar).

According to the Azerbaijani media, an anti-tank mine blast killed  the correspondent of the Azertaij agency Maharram Ibrahimov and the  operator of the AZTV TV channel Siraj Abyshev, as well as the  representative of the Kalbajar region executive power Arif Aliyev.

It should be noted that today it has also become known that  Azerbaijan has filed a new interstate claim to the ECHR against  Armenia with a demand to present maps of minefields.
