Armenian Foreign Ministry presented details of Geneva meeting of  Mnatsakanyan and Bayramov 

ArmInfo.The Armenian Foreign Ministry presented the details of the Geneva meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and  Jeyhun Bayramov.

Thus, in the message of the Armenian Foreign Ministry it is noted  that on October 30 in Geneva at the meeting of the Foreign Ministers  of Armenia and Azerbaijan, with the participation of the OSCE Minsk  Group co-chairs -Igor Popov  (the Russian Federation), Stephane  Visconti (France), Andrew Schofer (the United States of America) and  personal representative OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk,  discussed issues related to the implementation of the joint statement  adopted on October 10 in Moscow, in particular, steps towards a  ceasefire.

Mnatsakanyan stressed the need for immediate unconditional  implementation of the ceasefire agreements reached between the OSCE  Minsk Group Co-Chairs, Russia, France and the United States, as well  as the establishment of a lasting ceasefire. Armenian Foreign  Minister stressed the role of verification mechanisms in establishing  and maintaining the ceasefire regime.

The RA Foreign Minister especially emphasized the inadmissibility of  deliberate attacks on the civilian population of Artsakh, civilian  infrastructure. During the meeting, the parties confirmed their  commitment to continue the process of peaceful settlement of the  conflict exclusively within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group  co-chairmanship.
