Armenia ignored Israel`s offer of humanitarian aid

"The Azerbaijani side appealed to Israel with a request for  humanitarian and medical assistance to help dozens of citizens who  suffered during the shelling of the city of Ganja, the second largest  city in this country. Israel agreed to provide humanitarian aid,  including essential items for those left homeless: heating devices,  warm clothes, first-aid kits, etc. In addition, medical equipment was  delivered. It is possible that 

Israel will send additional assistance if requested, " the newspaper  notes.

At the same time, it is reported that about two weeks ago, Israel  offered humanitarian aid to Armenia, but the Armenian side has not  yet responded to this proposal.

It also emphasizes that humanitarian assistance is provided  exclusively to the civilian population, and not to participants in  hostilities. The source also recalls that Israel has been selling  weapons and other military equipment to Azerbaijan for a long time,  and that supplies continue even now, when the hostilities in  Nagorno-Karabakh are gaining strength.

To recall, in early October, Armenia recalled its Ambassador from Tel  Aviv to Yerevan for consultations against the backdrop of ongoing  arms supplies to Azerbaijan. The Armenian Foreign Ministry called  this behavior of Israel unacceptable, calling for an end to the  supply of weapons to Azerbaijan, which are used against civilians.  The Israeli Foreign Ministry expressed regret over the fact that  Yerevan decided to recall its Ambassador.  In turn, the President of  Nagorno-Karabakh Arayik Harutyunyan accused Israel of complicity in  the genocide, which, according to him, is being carried out against  the Armenian people in Karabakh.
