Serzh Sargsyan also has questions for members of the parliamentary  committee

ArmInfo.The office of the third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan made a statement before his participation in the parliamentary committee investigating the 2016   April War.  The statement, in particular, reads:  

"Today, the third  President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan visited the National Assembly to  participate in a meeting of the committee investigating the 2016  April War. He will answer questions from committee members to provide  them with information they probably not have.   President Sargsyan agreed to take part in the hearings, as he  considers it his duty to stop all speculations related to the events  of the April war. Before the meeting of the committee, the third  president of Armenia made a corresponding statement>, the office said  in a statement.  The statement by Serzh Sargsyan, in particular,  states: , the third president of Armenia emphasized Sargsyan  noted that, being the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, he said several  times that our soldiers and commanders who took part in the April war  surpassed with their courage their heroic fathers and grandfathers  who participated in the Artsakh Liberation War.

But the land should be protected by blood, and glory to those who  shed their blood for the sake of their native land.  Relatives of our  soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the sake of their homeland  should feel pride and live for the sake of the blessed memory of  their sons, and in no case should succumb to provocations. No one has  the right to muddle their minds and hurt them with their dirty  speculations. Such an approach would not be approved by our soldiers,  who had chosen conscious death>, he said.

The third president of Armenia emphasized that the soldiers of the  Armenian army once again taught the enemy a lesson, inflicting  significant damage on them and restraining the belligerent  aspirations of Azerbaijan. However, the day will come when Baku will  again try to do the same, and when they take this step, it will be  impossible to save everyone again. , Sargsyan stated.

He noted that he also has questions: in particular, they concern that  some sow gloomy suspicions about the victory of the Armenian army  during the April war, resort to various speculations, pursue goals in  connection with the creation of a parliamentary committee to  investigate the April war and a number of other topics.  , Sargsyan concluded.  It should be noted that on April  16, Serzh Sargsyan takes part in a meeting of the parliamentary  commitee to investigate the events of the April war of 2016.
