Ambassador: Italy-Armenia qualifying match will show Italy and Europe  the new Armenia

Italian Ambassador to Armenia Mr. Vincenzo Del Monaco today will attend the Armenia-Italy match in the Euro 2020 qualification, which will be  held at the Republic Stadium named after Vazgen Sargsyan. Vincenzo  Del Monaco himself announced this at a press conference in Yerevan on  September 5, answering a corresponding question from ArmInfo  correspondent.

Meanwhile, to clarify what his predictions were, the ambassador  joked: "I need to answer this question in the presence of a lawyer,  because if I answer incorrectly, I can't leave this room, and if I  tell a lie, I won't be able to return home."

But seriously, the Ambassador continued, then from the sporting point  of view, let the law be in force - may the best man win. "In reality,  this is not only a sports meeting, it is a large stand that will show  tens of millions of spectators in Italy, and not only in Italy, but  also Europe, the new Armenia. That Armenia, which is here today," the  diplomat concluded.

It should be noted that on September 5, at the Republic Stadium named  after Vazgen Sargsyan, in the fifth round match of Group J of Euro  2020 qualification, the Armenian team will play with the national  team of Italy. Bookmakers have little doubt about the success of the  guests and offer to put Roberto Mancini for a victory for the team at  1.26.
