In connection with insults of citizens at territory of National  Assembly, 5 people were taken to Police

ArmInfo.The head of the Armenian Police, Valeriy Osipyan, acknowledged some omissions of the structure he heads in connection with the fulfillment of the Prime Minister's instructions to "lay all the guards of high-ranking officials on the  asphalt". He stated this on October 4 to journalists, commenting on  Nikol Pashinyan's words that deputy Mihran Poghosyan's behavior may  be due to the fact that the security forces didn't cope very well  with "instructing certain oligarchs and their bodyguards to lay on  asphalt".

According to Osipyan, any order of the Prime Minister is carried out  clearly and in a timely manner.  Nevertheless, as Osipyan admitted,  there may have been some omissions. "I have already given relevant  instructions and in connection with the incident, 5 citizens have  already been subjected to drive - the driver and the guards of the  above deputies," he said.

In addition, according to Osipyan, the police are preparing materials  on the case and, given that the participants are deputies and have a  special status, the materials may be transferred for further  consideration to the Special Investigation Service.

At the same time, the head of the Police found it difficult to say  whether there will be new cases of "laying on asphalt". As Osipyan  pointed out, if there are offenders, they will definitely be punished  to the fullest extent of the law.

To note, on October 3, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the  incident during the government hour in parliament at the request of  Lena Nazaryan's "Elk" faction in Lena Nazaryan.  "The incident you  are talking about indicates that the security forces in some cases  did not fulfill the order I voiced at the rally that certain  oligarchs and their bodyguards should be laid on the asphalt. If this  order were carried out properly, I think yesterday's incident would  not have happened, and I'm convinced that they will definitely fill  this omission, "he said. According to him, if suddenly it becomes  known that any MP from the Republican Party of Armenia or another  faction will do the same, they will respond to the full extent of the  law. Pashinyan expressed the hope that in this case the citizens will  be satisfied, and Poghosyan and his ilk will not be afraid to walk  around Yerevan.

In response, MP Mihran Poghosyan stated that the revolution of "love  and tolerance" seems to be gradually moving away from the stated  principles, being trapped in disinformation and hate propaganda. "" I  declare with all responsibility that any unreasonable statement,  moreover, labeling threats are unacceptable, regardless of who does  it - an ordinary citizen, a senior official or the prime minister of  the country ", - said Poghosyan. The deputy stressed the  inadmissibility of using unchecked disinformation to insult  reputation or damage to reputation, especially at the level of the  head of government. "Any signal, first of all, must be checked, for  which there are relevant authorities. And a statement made before the  investigative actions at the highest level means that the activities  of law enforcement agencies are directed accordingly, "said the  deputy.
