ArmInfo. The fact that the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, found himself in the role of the accused, once again shows that the will of the people is above all, and any encroachment on it sooner or later is punishable by law. This is stated in the statement of the "Heritage" party, which arrived in ArmInfo.
The party calls on the law enforcement agencies to be consistent in the disclosure of this and other similar crimes, in particular, the falsification of the results of the 2013 presidential elections (according to Heritage, in this election its leader Raffi Hovhannisyan won, however, Serge Sargsyan falsified the results of the voting). According to the statement of the party, the events of 2013 were also an infringement of the constitutional order: "Continuing the worst traditions of 2008 (the first term of Serzh Sargsyan's election), Sargsyan and his regime for the second time suppressed the will of the people by falsifying the results of the elections in 2013. This was another blow on the statehood, which has not received a legal assessment. The Heritage Party is ready to provide the law enforcement agencies with all possible support in uncovering the crimes of 2013. "
Nevertheless, "Heritage" focuses on the need to respect the constitutional rights of all citizens, including those accused of the latest high-profile cases.
