ArmInfo. The lease agreements  for the coastal areas around Lake Sevan will be revised. Prime  Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan delivered a corresponding  instruction at the meeting held on the eve of the meeting.

According to the press service of the Armenian Government, during the  meeting, the situation around Lake Sevan, reshaping and development  opportunities in the tourism region was discussed. The head of the  Armenian Cabinet of Ministers noted that the national park "Sevan" is  important not only with environmental, but also economic and value  points of view. According to the prime minister, it is necessary to  understand those obstacles that hamper the development of coastal  areas around the lake and step by step to solve these problems. In  particular, it came about undeveloped infrastructures, poor  organization of garbage collection, lack of a single bank, illegal  buildings, the quality of services provided and their non- conformity  with price proposals, the level of organization of public beaches.

Around the issues raised, an exchange of views and ideas was  exchanged with representatives of interested agencies and who can  help develop tourism on Lake Sevan, increase the terms of the tourist  season, develop winter tourism, attract investment. The importance of  zoning of the areas around the lake and the development of a master  plan was also stressed. The possibility of building an alley was also  discussed, which was approved by the Prime Minister.

Nikol Pashinyan noted that all raised issues testify to the existence  of systemic problems. He instructed Deputy Prime Minister Tigran  Avinyan, taking into account the proposals received, together with  the relevant departments, to organize discussions again and report on  their results. Summarizing the results of the meeting, the RA Prime  Minister instructed the Minister of Territorial Administration and  Development Suren Papikyan to focus on solving the problem with  garbage collection. "In this region, the issue of lake cleaning is  the most important problem that can and should be solved." It is  obvious that the community of Sevan and the national park will be  able to solve this problem with effective organization of their work.  there are people who, for reasons known to you and us, have concluded  treaties at ridiculous prices, paying a penny for a hectare of  coastal territories. It is necessary to find the legal basis for  revising these treaties, translating them to the proper level and  apply the principles.The rent of the national park areas should  become a serious source of income.There are many problems that need  to be solved.I asked the director of the National Park to provide a  certificate of all tenants, including those that appeared on these  territories, their relationship with law and law. It is necessary to  determine the fate of these mansions, some of which will be taken by  law enforcement agencies, but the main issue is to transfer leases to  the proper level
