Armenian tax inspectors conducted searches in the fund of the brother  of Serzh Sargsyan: the budget did not receive taxes in the amount of  300 million AMD

ArmInfo.The Armenian State Revenue Committee (SRC) conducted a search in the DZHLJ Project Company and in the office of the Pyunik Charitable Foundation, headed by Levon Sargsyan, the brother of former President and Prime Minister of  Armenia Serzh Sargsyan. As a result of the activities of organizations, the amount of damage caused to the state is 300 million AMD.

 As the press service of the Tax and Customs Committee of Armenia  informs, with the intention of deliberately creating insolvency signs  and non-payment of taxes on a particularly large scale by LLC "DZHLJ  Project Company", upon the fact of making evident false information  in the statutory settlements on May 2 and June 18, Criminal cases  were opened in the Investigation Department of the Armenian State  Department of Arbitration on the grounds of part 2 Article 193 and  Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Armenia.

As part of the preliminary investigation, it was found that the  company was founded in 2010. The founders of the company are Gor  Arakelyan (20% of shares), which in 2011 sold his share to the mother  - Lilit Bagratyan. The shareholders are also Gabriel Dzhemberdzhyan  and Narek Sargsyan (20% each). One of the founders of the company, as  noted, is the charity fund Pyunik (40% of shares). The company in the  Buzand street in Yerevan was building a multifunctional building.

"In the course of the actions carried out in 2013 - 2017, 3 million  527 thousand AMD were paid to the state budget, while according to  the reports submitted by the" DZHLJ Project of the Company ", tax  liabilities of the company for 147 million AMD were formed, which it  did not pay and led the company to bankruptcy, "the ministry said. In  addition, it was explained that the company concealed in the course  of its activity tax payments for VAT for the first quarter of 2016 in  the amount of 140 million AMD.

According to the information, Levon Sargyan, the co-founder and  director of the Pyunik charity fund, the holder of 40% of the shares  of the JLJ Project Company, is the son of Narek Sargsyan, who also  owns 20% of the shares of the JJJ Project of the Company. Levon  Sargsyan is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pyunik  charitable foundation. Shareholder of LLC Gabriel Dzhemberdzhyan is  also a member of the Board. "It is noteworthy that the Pyunik  charitable foundation was registered at the church of St. Grigor  Lusavorich in Yerevan on the prospectus of Yervand Kochar, but in  fact the company did not carry out activities at the address," the  press service of the SRC reports.

Investigators of the Investigation Department and employees of the  operational intelligence department of the KGB carried out searches  of 10 addresses, including in the apartments of the founders of the  DZHLJ Project Company and in the office of the Pyunik charitable  foundation. The state suffered damage in the amount of about 300  million drams. To find out the details of the case, as well as  clarify the amount of additional tax liabilities of the company,  investigative and procedural actions are conducted.
