Recall that the shooting of the animals listed in the Red Book  provides for criminal punishment. Article 294 of the RA Criminal Code  provides for a fine and imprisonment. According to clauses 1 and 2 of  part 2 of the above article, illegal hunting committed with the use  of official position or in conspiracy by a group of persons provides  for punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 500 to 700  thousand drams or imprisonment for up to 4 years.
