ArmInfo.The armed forces of Azerbaijan are not the first to violate the ceasefire during the monitoring of the OSCE, these actions are permanent. Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Artak Zakaryan stated this on September 1, responding to a question by ArmInfo about the shelling of the OSCE monitoring group on the border with Armenia by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
According to him, yesterday the Defense Ministry of Armenia has already expressed its position on this incident. "Shots were not aimed directly at the participants of the monitoring group, but they sounded, and this in itself indicates that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue to violate the ceasefire regime permanently," concluded Zakaryan.
On August 31, during the OSCE monitoring on the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border in the direction of the village of Chinari of the Tavush region of Armenia, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire.
