The Central Electoral Commission  refused to cancel the registration of the  Republican Party of Armenia due to tuse of administrative tools 

ArmInfo.The Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia yesterday night declined the  complaint  submitted by Yelq bloc regarding the  cancellation of  electoral registration of   the Republican party of Armenia due to  large use of administrative tools during the pre electoral race,  implemented particularly by educational foundations leaders. 

The CEC Head Tigran Mukuchyan mentioned that the employees of  educational foundations do have a right to  run pre electoral  propaganda out of  working time . Earlier RPA came out with similar  statement. 

Meanwhile, the Ombudsmen of Armenia, and the EU Delegation in  Armenia, United States, Germany and Great Britain  Embassies  expressed their concerns about the mass violations of electoral  regulations in the country, particularly, with the use of  administrative tools, offering bribes to  voters and fights. The  Minsitry of  Education and Science made only a statement that no  pressing tools are applied to the personnel of educational  foundations.
