RPA: No assets to be saved at the cost of the army modernization - Armenian Armed Forces should be one of the best in the World

 "The cancellation of any military invasions to our state depends on  proper and target oriented development of our defensive  potential in  accordance to modern criteria of professionalism, discipline,  organization, transparency and supervision We clearly  estimate the  balance of forces in the region and we know well how should we  respond to any encroachment to our safety. We will not  run for the  armed race for just the armed race. We don't see any sense in that.  At the same time, we clearly  understand what tasks exactly we have  standing in front of our Military Forces, and our resources are  pretty enough to solve  those issues. We will continue to equip  our  Army with the modern armaments and military equipment, including  domestic made armaments. We have essential results  reached  in this  sector, and those results will increase in upcoming years. And we   will drive all assets to  modernize our Army," the Program reads. 

At that, the authors of the program state that the armaments and  equipment on its own is unable to solve the result of any compbat  actions. "The proud of Armenian army is the Armenian soldier, and the  Armenian officer, who have proved many times that the main factors  for victory are the spirit, the courage, the sense of honor and the  will." Amenian Military Forces should be one of the best in the  world. Our soldiers are our future. And the military experience  together with the higher education is our tomorrow society, which is  being capsulated in front of our eyes already today. The Army should  become the indicator of justice in our society," the document reads. 

The document states also the"...main thing:  the corruption in  Military Forces should be ruled out, and the Army personnel should be  completely released of any social problems - to be able to  concentrate on the improvement of combat readiness and enrichment of  knowledge. This is the number one priority task, we have achieved  essential results in this field and we will solve  it completely in  the nearest future."
