Ankara came out with a statement due to recent developments at the  contact line of  Karabakh-Azerbaijani military forces.  

ArmInfo.Turkish Foreign Affair Ministry released a statement to recent developments at at the contact line of  Karabakh-Azerbaijani military forces.  

The statement particularly reads as follows: "We condemn the heavy  fire launched against Azerbaijan along the line of contact on the  night of February 24 to 25. We wish God's mercy on our fallen  Azerbaijani brothers, patience to their relatives and to the  Azerbaijani nation and a speedy recovery to the injured. 

For a quarter century, Armenia has been occupying one-fifth of  Azerbaijan's territory. In order not to experience similar clashes  occurred in April 2016 along the line of contact and at some sections  of Azerbaijan-Armenia border, we call on Armenia to observe the  ceasefire and immediately put an end to the violations. 

As a member of the OSCE Minsk Group, established for the settlement  of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Turkey will continue to support the  efforts for reaching a just and lasting solution within the  territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan. In this regard,  we find it necessary that the Minsk Group should accelerate its  efforts for resolving the conflict.

 H.E. Mevlut Cavusoglu, Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the  Republic of Turkey had phone conversation with his Azerbaijani  counterpart regarding the situation.

To remind, during February 25 night Azerbaijani forces initiated an  attack attempt  at two sectors at  a time:  south-eastern( Martouni),  and Eastern (Akna). Artsakh   Defense Army, using the night vision  equipment, fetched out the dislocation of Azerbaijani divisions and  threw those back to the initial positions, causing losses to the  enemy. The losses of the enemy are  several troops dead and two  wounded. Several bodies are left in the neutral zone. Artsakh Army  has no losses. At the same time, according to Artsakh Defense Army  data, a relocation of human power and techniques concentration is  monitored at the eastern  sector.
