Russian observer: Nagorno  Karabakh Republic democracy  succeed 

ArmInfo.For us, this not a simple part of land , this is a place where people live, which are the most valuable product of Artsakh, political  expert  Vladimir  Evseev, the Russian observer  stated at  the  press conference  dedicated to the results of Constitutional referendum on February 21. 

 "We saw how did they  behave in a complicated situation. They resist  honorably all the troubles and problems they face. I had an option to  participate as an observer to the parliamentary elections in Artsakh,  and already at that time we  selected several places to visit, which  were critical enough from the point of security, because we had to  understand how the people of Artsakh would resist the external  enemies. This time one of our goals is to understand, how did the  tragic  developments of 2016 affect the people. We saw that people  are ready to  return to the village of Talish, which  which was under  the direct  strike of the enemy.  What we saw states that Artsakh  people will never give up their land to any enemy," Evseev mentioned. 

He added also that Artsakh succeeded with building a democracy, which  is ready to live independently and to protect itself. "We positively  evaluate the results of our  monitoring and we see that all the  democratic procedures subject to be implemented are done," Evseev  accentuated

Meanwhile, Alexander Skakov, the Coordinator of Working Group of the  Center for Central Asia and Caucasus Research  stated that Russian  observers have  no questions in respect to organization and  implementation of the referendum. "What is the most important - we  saw the confidence of the people which is sure on its victory,"  Skakov said.  Skakov stated also that he is not concerned about the "black list" of Azerbaijan. " I could tell only that people who visit Armenia, and not  Nagorno Karabakh, also face troubles during their visits to  Azerbaijan after that. This is not normal. One of the  basic human  rights is the right for free relocation,' he mentioned.
