ArmInfo. Matthew Bryza, former co-chair of OSCE MG, ex-Ambassador of the United States to Azerbaijan, does not understand how Russia , being a co-chair in OSCE MG, sets a joint military group with Armenia. According to his words, if Putin wants to prove that Russia is the key player in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, it should not make such steps. "Both Armenian and Azerbaijani sides should clearly understand that they should get back to negotiations and start discussions," Bryza mentioned.
At the same time he couldn't say how the Nagorono Karabakh conflict settlement process will proceed " Even God has no idea about that. If the new President Donald Trump thinks hard about peace, the settlement could be reached. But we don't know what is in the head of new President nand how does he think," Bryza resumed.
