Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov never "goes "empty-handed" anywhere, Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said at a briefing today when commenting on media rumors that Lavrov travels to Armenia with a plan on the Karabakh settlement.
Zakharova said it would be wrong calling it a plan, a document or a proposal. "It is rather some groundwork, discussion of various settlement-related ideas. This is our mediation mission - to listen to the sides, discuss possibilities, hear the issues troubling them, and offer options of resolutions," Zakharova said.
