According to the source, the Anti-Corruption Court, by its decision of October 30, 2026, partially upheld the Prosecutor General's Office's claim against the Hrazdan community and one individual. The decision invalidated the May 29, 2007, purchase and sale agreement for a 1.35-hectare land plot in the Jrarat neighborhood of Hrazdan, Kotayk Province (currently located at 36 M. Mkrtchyan Street, Tsaghkadzor). Due to the impossibility of returning the property, the court, as a bilateral restitution act, ordered the individual to compensate the difference in the market value at the time of purchase of the property in the amount of 127,531,500 drams.
