The Strong Armenia faction nominated Arega Hovsepyan for the position of head of the Standing Committee on European Integration.

ArmInfo. At its August 18 session, the Parliament discussed the election of the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on European Integration. The opposition parliamentary faction "Strong Armenia" nominated Arega Hovsepyan for the position.

According to the press service of the Armenian Parliament, MP Lena Matevosyan from the "Strong Armenia" faction presented the candidate's biographical information and track record, emphasizing that the candidate is a principled and strong individual.

In her speech, Arega Hovsepyan touched upon the national interests of the Republic of Armenia, state responsibility, and the activities of the Committee. She noted a willingness to cooperate and present her positions to international partners. Discussion of the issue will continue at the NA session on August 19.
