Tsarukyan`s company  files another lawsuit

ArmInfo. Multi Wellness, a company owned by businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, has filed a lawsuit against the  Cadastre Committee, demanding that the decision to terminate rights to a sports and wellness complex and transfer it to the jurisdiction of the Yerevan municipality be declared invalid.

The lawsuit itself has been published on the judicial information website datalex.am.  The Administrative Court, presided over by Judge Hermine Muradyan,  accepted the lawsuit for review, demanding that all materials of the cadastral case regarding the real estate property located at 11 Alek  Manukyan Street, Yerevan, be submitted to the court within two weeks of receiving the decision. The hearing is scheduled for February 16,  2027, at 2:30 PM.

On August 5, "Multi Wellness" filed a lawsuit against the Yerevan  municipality, demanding that the decision on the unilateral  suspension of the transaction be declared invalid.
