ArmInfo. Anna Grigoryan has been elected head of the parliamentary faction of the "Armenia" bloc of second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan. This was announced in a statement on the political party's Facebook page.
"A meeting of members of the "Armenia" parliamentary faction was held under the leadership of bloc leader Robert Kocharyan. Upcoming events were discussed. Anna Grigoryan was elected faction leader, and Artur Khachatryan, faction secretary," the political party reported.
Following the results of the Armenian parliamentary elections, Kocharyan's bloc received 12 seats in the new legislative assembly of the 9th convocation. Its work begins on August 2.
