


ArmInfo.Approximately 630 million drams, interest on deposits, real estate shares, and parking will be confiscated from the third president of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, in favor of the state, as noted in a statement issued by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, emphasizing that the supervisory authority's demand was partially satisfied.
According to the statement, on July 3, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court has partially granted its claim regarding the confiscation of property of illicit origin from Armenia's third president, Serzh Sargsyan, and his associates. Upon entry into legal force of the court decision, the following assets are to be confiscated for the benefit of the Republic of Armenia once the judgment enters into legal force: 38% ownership of an apartment located on Teryan Street in the Kentron (Center) district of Yerevan, one full parking space and 38% ownership of a second parking space, both located on Teryan Street in the Kentron district, bank deposits totaling 202,998,000 AMD, accrued interest on these deposits totaling 74,716,000 AMD, plus additional interest accrued up to the date of the actual execution of the court decision, as well as 352,438,000 drams.
