LIGA Insurance Marks 18 Years in the Armenian Market and Announces a New Stage of Development and Brand Identity Refresh

ArmInfo.  LIGA Insurance announces the refresh of its brand identity, marking a new stage in the company’s development and the beginning of its international integration process, as the company celebrates 18 years of operation in the Armenian insurance market.

Over the past 18 years, LIGA Insurance has established itself as the Armenia’s recognized insurance company, building long-term relationships with customers and partners through reliability, professionalism, and continuous development. Today, the company is entering a new phase of growth as part of an international insurance and financial ecosystem.Recently, 100% of the company’s shares were acquired by the European financial groups GRAWE Group and C-Quadrat Investment Group. As a result, LIGA Insurance is evolving from a local insurance company into part of an international insurance and financial ecosystem.GRAWE Group is one of the leading insurance groups in Central and Eastern Europe, with nearly 200 years of history and operations across several European countries. C-Quadrat Investment Group is an international investment group with extensive expertise in asset management. Their combined experience, management culture, and long-term strategic vision create a strong foundation for LIGA Insurance’s next phase of growth.

As part of the integration process, the company has refreshed its brand identity while preserving its key and recognizable elements, including the name, shield symbol, and corporate color palette. At the same time, the “Member of GRAWE Group” designation has been added to the trademark, reflecting the company’s integration into an international insurance group and its transition to a new stage of development.

The updated visual identity reflects broader transformations currently taking place within the company. LIGA Insurance is implementing significant changes across its management, operations, and product offerings with the goal of introducing international best practices and improving the quality of insurance services in the Armenian market. The company has already established a Management Board as a collegial executive body and is introducing new approaches to corporate governance. Active efforts are also underway to implement international expertise and European insurance standards.

During the next stage of development, LIGA Insurance plans to introduce new premium insurance products and launch life insurance services, bringing leading European insurance expertise, solutions, and service culture to Armenia.
