ArmInfo.We expect two outcomes from the Constitutional Court:  either calling a second round of the parliamentary elections or declaring their results invalid. ArmInfo. Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan attended the opening ceremony of the reconstructed Hakob Kojoyan Educational Complex in Yerevan. ArmInfo.  Starting November 1, services related to the process of obtaining a residence permit in the Republic of Armenia will be digitalized. This was announced by  the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal  Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

ArmInfo.  It's important to me that approximately 700,000 Armenian citizens who voted for the opposition rejected Aliyev's Constitution, the surrender of  territories, and the campaign against the Church. This was stated by  Kristine Vardanyan, an MP from the "Armenia" bloc, during a briefing  on June 19, answering journalists' questions.

ArmInfo. Arrested National Assembly candidate David Ghazinyan from the Strong Armenia party has filed a lawsuit against the Central Electoral Commission, demanding  that the CEC's decisions to initiate criminal proceedings against him  and agree to deprive him of his liberty be declared invalid.

ArmInfo.  Vazgen Manukyan, the first Prime Minister of Armenia and chairman of the National Democratic Union (NDU) Party, considers the opposition's appeal to  the Constitutional Court to challenge the results of the June  elections pointless, given the obviousness of its response. He wrote  this on his Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  On June 19, 2026, a representative of the "Strong Armenia" bloc of parties filed an application with the Constitutional Court challenging the Central  Electoral Commission's decision on the results of the June 7, 2026,  elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

ArmInfo.  The adoption of a new Constitution of Armenia has been on our agenda since 2019 and will remain there. Artur Hovhannisyan, secretary of the ruling Civil  Contract faction, stated this during a briefing in the Armenian  parliament, when asked whether it was true that some within the  political party were dissatisfied with not having secured a  constitutional majority.

ArmInfo.  Ruslan Barseghyan, a representative of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun regional committee in Aragatsotn and a member of the "Armenia" bloc, has been arrested for  two months by a court decision on false and fabricated charges. This  was reported by Gerasim Vardanyan, a member of the ARF Supreme Body.

ArmInfo.  Aram Vardevanyan, a representative of the "Strong Armenia" bloc, has filed a petition with the Constitutional Court of Armenia to annul the results of the  June 7 National Assembly elections. This was reported by Marianna  Ghahramanyan, press secretary for Samvel Karapetyan's "Strong  Armenia" bloc.

ArmInfo. Ameriabank has fully placed its first-ever perpetual bonds in total amount of USD 100 million. The bonds were issued in two tranches, in February and April. In both issuances, the entire volume was subscribed before the planned deadline, demonstrating strong demand for the securities.

ArmInfo.  Armenia and Bulgaria discussed developing cooperation in social protection and labor migration. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of  Labor and Social Affairs, citing the meeting between Deputy Minister  Lusine Kocharyan, Bulgarian Ambassador to Armenia Nikola Nikolov, and  Executive Director of the Bulgarian branch of the Center for  Entrepreneurship and Management Development Stanislav Chervenkov.
