Էդվարդ Նալբանդյան. Հայաստանը կշարունակի ջանք գործադրել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման համար

Չնայած Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական դիրքորոշմանը՝ Հայաստանը կշարունակի իր ջանքերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ միջոցներով կարգավորման ուղղությամբ՝ միջազգային սկզբունքներին եւ նորմերին համապատասխան: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 68-րդ նստաշրջանում իր ելույթում:


ՙՄենք համաձայն ենք, որ ժողովուրդներին պետք է պատրաստել խաղաղության, այլ ոչ թե պատերազմի: Ցավոք, մինչ այժմ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն այլ կերպ է վարվում,  օրեցօր ավելացնելով հակահայկական հռետորաբանությունը՝ դրա համար օգտագործելով նույնիսկ ՄԱԿ-ի բարձր ամբիոնը: Մենք լիովին համաձայն ենք համանախագահների այն կարծիքին, որ ուժի կիրառումը չի լուծի հակամարտությունը, եւ միայն բանակցությունների միջոցով կարելի է հասնել խաղաղության եւ կայունության: Մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանը հարձակողական զենքի զանգվածային կուտակումով վտանգում է տարածաշրջանային եւ միջազգային անվտանգությունը: Ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի՝ Հայաստանը վերահաստատում է իր հանձնառությունը միջազգային իրավունքի սկզբունքների, մասնավորապես, ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառման, ժողովուրդների  ինքնորոշման իրավունքի եւ տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքների հավասարության նկատմամբ՚, - հայտարարել է նախարարը։


Նա նաև ավելացրել է, որ Ադրբեջանը  չի պահպանում հրադադարի ռեժիմը, ավելացնելով ագրեսիան և ռազմական գործողությունները ինչպես Ղարաբաղի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ` օգտագործելով տխրահռչակ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների հետ կապված վարձկանների: ՙԱդրբեջանը փորձում է ստեղծել տպավորություն, թե կիսում է միջազգային հանրության մոտեցումները, իսկ միջազգային հանրությունը կիսում է Բաքվի դիրքորոշումը: Սակայն իրականում, արդբեջանական կողմը հետևողականորեն մերժում է համանախագահների բոլոր առաջարկությունները, ավելին, պարբերաբար սադրանքներ է կազմակերպում շփման գծում: Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նախորդ նստաշրջանին ես խոսեցի Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության կողմից մարդասպան Սաֆարովի ազատ արձակման եւ հերոսացման մասին, որը խստորեն դատապարտվեց ողջ միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Սակայն նույնիսկ այսօր, դրանից ավելի քան մեկ տարի անց, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են պնդել, թե այն, ինչ իրենք արել են, շատ դրական քայլ էր, և անգամ քննադատում են միջազգային հանրությանը: Դա հստակ ցույց է տալիս Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության եւ միջազգային հանրության ընկալումների միջեւ խորացող անդունդնը՚, - ընդգծել է արտգործնախարարը:
